I was promised service would contact me soon- this was a month ago. I have never heard back from anyone. I contacted another company and they took care of within a week.

410-334-3992"We purchased a gas fireplace for a new house in Bethany Beach. After installation the logs looked like something from an aquarium. The flame in the unit does not exceed the highest log and the blower makes noise. They did come out to fix the logs which still look terrible, but not as bad. Now the remote doesn't work. The only way to adjust the flame/blower is to get on your hands and knees, and take the base off of the unit and manually adjust it. My builder called the installer/rep and he said he was so busy it would be weeks to come out and look at it. If you want a bait and switch unit that looks like one thing in the brochure and functions as the opposite, this is the company you should use. I doubt/hope the owner knows of me or my problem, if they did I'm sure it would have been rectified before I had to go on their website to bring it to their attention." D . 410-334-3992"When I called about the problem, I told them the thermostat wasn't working, therefore, I would have thought the service person would have a thermostat on board. This way, if the old thermostat couldn't be fixed. a new thermostat could be installed. I really don't think I should pay both the diagnostic and the installation charge.
