About Pemberton Appliance
Pemberton Appliance Co., Inc, was started in December 2001, with a belief that the big box stores were not the ideal place for homeowners considering purchase choices. We feel people want to go to a place where they could see an array of products set up and operating in comfortable surroundings much like in their own home.
In addition, they want access to a knowledgeable staff that can explain the complex features available in today's cooking, water heating, or hearth products. They want to view a range of products and accessories, and understand the relationship between pricing levels and real value.

We are interested in a relationship with our customers long after the purchase. We believe that customers should expect a high level of service and follow up with the products they choose. We coordinate with our customers, gas company, interior designers, builders, electricians, painters, plumbers and your mother-in-law that never likes anything you happen to pick out.
We service all that we sell, and are very proud of the recognition we have received from our vendors. We are the only 5 star Rinnai dealer on the Eastern Shore, a 5 Star Weber Dealer and are authorized service providers for both brands as well. Our slogan "Come home to Pemberton Appliance" means something to us because you can stay in a house, but a home is where you live.
