FOUND ISSUE WITH FIREPLACE. CABLE ON REMOTE IS MELTED. WILL TAKE BACK RECEIVER TO OFFICE TO SEE IF WE CAN REPLACE WIRE. IF NOT GIVE PROPOSAL OF NEW REMOTE INSTALL TO CUSTOMER.
